Fatigue fracture generally does not exhibit significant plastic deformation, making it difficult to detect and prevent. Therefore, fatigue fracture of components can result in substantial economic and even life losses. The primary objective of fatigue research is to prevent mechanical and structural fatigue failures.
The dynamic torsion fatigue testing machine is mainly used for static torsion strength and dynamic torsion fatigue tests of metal materials, composite materials, and their components. The loading part is driven by a servo torsion actuator, which is rigidly connected to the specimen: the specimen is easy to disassemble and replace. The output end is rigidly fixed. The system features protection functions such as overload and specimen fracture.

This testing system uses an imported servo torsion actuator for torsion loading. The equipment adopts a horizontal box-type design, conforming to ergonomic principles with an appropriate height for convenient operation. The fixed chuck moves easily along the linear guide with the slide system, featuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance, reliable performance, and simple operation.
